Shipping & delivery policy

We deliver and install across Chennai from our shop in Kundrathur. Delivery and installation are free across Chennai (check your pincode).

Delivery times

• Inside the free area, delivery and installation are usually the same day, and at the latest the next working day after your order is confirmed. Our fastest is 2 to 4 hours, depending on stock and your area.
• We confirm the installation slot with you on WhatsApp before we come. If a product needs to be brought in from the brand, we tell you the expected date before you pay anything.
• Delivery hours follow our shop hours: Monday – Saturday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Outside the free area

• The website checks your pincode at checkout. If you are outside the free area, message us on WhatsApp: we confirm whether we can deliver and any charge before you order. Nothing extra is ever added without your agreement.
• Jump start and doorstep battery care are offered within about 5 to 10 km of the shop.

Shop pickup

• Choose shop pickup at checkout and collect from 27/56A, Mettu Street, Karaima Nagar, Kundrathur Main Road, Kundrathur, Chennai 600 069 Shop hours are the same as above.

At delivery

• Our technician installs the product and shows it working. Please check the model and condition before installation (see the Cancellation & refund policy).
• You receive a GST bill. Prices on the website include GST.
