Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you use sathvikapower.com or order from Sathvika Batteries & Power Solutions ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them and to our Cancellation & refund, Returns & warranty and Shipping & delivery policies.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. You receive a GST bill.
• An order is a request until we confirm it on WhatsApp or by phone. We confirm only when the product is in stock and your address can be served.
• If a price or product detail on the website is wrong, we tell you before delivery; you may continue at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
• Product photos are for illustration; the model and specifications on the product page and your bill are what you receive.

Payment

• Pay on delivery by cash or UPI, or pay by UPI straight to our shop's current account after ordering (₹100 off when you pay the full amount upfront, except on two-wheeler batteries).
• Orders above ₹20,000 need a ₹5,000 advance by UPI before we confirm; the balance is paid on delivery.
• Never share your UPI PIN or an OTP with anyone, including people saying they are from us. We never ask for them.

Old battery exchange

The exchange discount is given against your old battery (or inverter, for combos) handed over at installation. Old batteries become our property and are sent for authorised recycling.

Installation and use

Free installation covers fitting the product we supply to your existing wiring or vehicle. New wiring, earthing, stands or electrical work in your home are quoted separately before work starts. Please follow the brand's instructions for use and maintenance.

Solar

Solar systems are sold on a written quotation after a free site survey. The quotation's scope, payment schedule and timelines apply to that work.

Our responsibility

We stand behind what we sell through the brand warranty and our own service. We are not responsible for losses caused by power cuts, misuse or events outside our control. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Chennai have jurisdiction.
